Yeast sourdough based, traditional Bavarian Plum cake. Weights in at about 3 lbs for the whole cake. The dough contains butter and eggs, the topping nuts, cinnamon and butter. Best enjoyed a little above room temperature with real whipped cream and or vanilla ice cream. Please don't use that ready whipped stuff in a tub, my ancestors nwould never forgive you and give you the never ending stink eye from the sky.
