Many of you know I am doing my supply runs early in the week. When I get that lucky that I get a call from local farmers that they have surplus or a certain product I pounce on it. Well it is the end of tomato and some peppers season and hell did I pounce, I got heirloom and some cherrie tomatoes and some local peppers (not spicy).
This is a very traditional dish, full of late summer flavors, immensely colorful and healthier than most of the other offers we have. Though not everyones thing. The meatballs are clean meat, on,y muscle, all ground in house,
Given the ingredients the dish is naturally free of gluten and as always home made. The portions are big and this is a dish that reheats nicely.

I make a little less of this dish as experience shows not everyone is open to something more veggie, so please pre order if possible to make sure you get your share.
