This week's Thursday and Friday Lunch at the bakery
Seems like I didn't describe this well.
The basic dish is our pork pot roast with Spatzle.
But we offer it this time with a choice of different gravies.
Either a mushroom cream gravy known as JÄGERSOSSE (hunters sauce) or ZIGEUNERSOSSE (gypsy sauce) which contains roasted red peppers, corn and tomatoes.
It is the same portion as usually and of course the same meat cuts and a good portion of dumplings. Would I ever let anyone go hungry?
