This week we have Schweinebraten mit Blaukraut und Knoedel (pork pot roast with potato dumplings and red cabbage and a good dark beer gravy) naturally free of gluten (but we are a bakery!)and I can't guarantee the beer is free of it....
This is one of our all time bestsellers. A low and slow pork pot roast, served with traditional potato dumplings and a great dark gravy. The Red cabbage is actually pretty sweet and decadently flavored with all kinds of exotic spices. If you never had it before, it is most definitely worth trying.
This will be the first dish we serve on two days, Thursday and Friday. It comes in a heat at home container and can even be frozen as is and re-heated in the microwave or in an oven.
