Our rolls are based on the baguette dough, stamped into Kaisers, proofed to the point and baked to the point. They are HEAVY. Usually store bought rolls weigh 2oz. Ours are closer to 4oz and not one bit ashamed of that fact. Available frozen to bake at home (ready baked, you just re heat for 4 minutes at 325-350f) or ready to eat (please order accordingly). They keep frozen for 6 months easily. Available usually Thursday through Saturday, if you want a bigger quantity please pre order with a little time for us to produce. Really big orders can get a discount (call me).
